The HEA system’s new tip technology decreases overspray by up to 55% while delivering softer spray, improving control and providing a more consistent finish. The 0.55 hp HEA pump is a durable and powerful sprayer that can spray unthinned coatings with a rebuildable fluid section that maximizes sprayer life. The ControlPro 150 has a flow rate of 0.29 gpm and can accommodate up to a 0.015 in tip. The unit comes with a 515 ControlPro tip and tip guard and a 25 ft hose. All three sizes .011,.013 and .015 will work in the CP150 provided they are HEA tips. High-pressure tips of those same sizes will not work. The tip must have a green flag on it to work with that sprayer.
