Zinsser® Bulls-Eye® Zero™ is a high-performance, eco-friendly water-based primer for interior and exterior applications. This product has been formulated to meet clean air regulations to provide a fast drying, low-odor primer/sealer with excellent adhesion, enamel holdout and stain blocking properties.
