Map cleat positions then dab shoe goo on threads before using hex driver to screw discs until flat against sole. Golfkicks are designed to be permanent. Avoid removing and re-installing in same place as this will cause sole to weaken. SHOE COMPATIBILITY. Use on shoes with flat rubber soles and minimum sole thickness of 1/3″. Use a dab of Shoe Goo on threads. Spongy/foam soles and soles with existing traction don’t work well. GRIP ‘N RIP CLEAT.
