Description
Hot 203L is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) quick set solvent cement for PVC pipe and socket-type fittings. It is a blue, medium body cement ideal for irrigation, plumbing, pool and spa use. Maximum VOC per SCAQMD 1168/316A or BAAQMD method 40, 510 g/L.
