Charcloth ignites from a single spark and turns into a slow burning, very hot fuel that will ignite tinder (dry pine needles, birch bark, lint, cotton balls, toilet paper, bird down, fatwood, fatwood dust/chips, shaved magnesium) very quickly by blowing or using pocket bellows on the charcloth that has been placed inside or wraped around your tinder.
