Gently squeeze the sweater to work the detergent deeply into the fibers where it will begin to remove dirt, oil, sweat and debris. Finally, rinse in cool water until the water runs clear. To dry, squeeze excess water from the fabric. Do not wring your delicates. Dry flat on a drying board or dry towel.
