Designed for your little explorers, the TIKKID is a children’s headlamp. It’s compact and easy-to-use. The wide beam offers comfortable lighting for all their adventures, inside or outside, for reading or playing. With a phosphorescent indicator on the lamp, they can easily find it in the dark. It also features automatic shut-off after one hour, so it can be used as a night light. The headband and protected battery pack were specifically designed to be used by children.
CHILD PROOF: The headband is releaseable under tension. If the child were to get caught with the TIKKID around their neck and pressure is applied, the headband will automatically separate. MULTIPLE LIGHTING LEVELS: Low for reading, high for playing inside or outside, and strobe for being visible from a distance. CHILD FRIENDLY FEATURES: Automatic shut off after one hour. Battery is only accessible by screw driver (reduces swallow hazard). HYBRID CONCEPT: Petzl headlamps can run on either the CORE rechargeable battery or three AAA batteries without an adapter.
