It’s a pliable mini stretch mat / mini pilates mat. As the material is 7.5mm thick, it can also be cut to different shapes to use as pad inserts to add layers of NBR padding to cushion or pad shoes, place within knee pads, elbow pads, hip pads, shoulder pads, etc. Constructed of eco-friendly Nitrile Rubber (NBR) – It’s flexible / pliable – when folded, bunched or rolled to triple or quadruple its thickness, it can cushion a specific area of your body. The Squat Mat resists oils & odors. For floor exercises, the mat can be folded along its seams to become a nearly 1-inch thick (0.90″) x 14″ x 10.5″ kneeling pad.
